CANCELLATION FEES

- in case of bad weather conditions - 100% of price will be refunded
- in case that even after training driver will be not able to operate the Segway PT - 100% of price will be refunded
- tour cancelation from reason of our Company - 100% of price will be refunded
- tour cancelation from your side at least more than 48 hours in advance of your tour (via phone, or email) - cancelation fee will be 20% of the tour price
- cancelation from your side less than 48 hours before you scheduled tour- full cancellation fee (100% of tour price)
