Cancellation Fees

in case of bad weather conditions - 100% of price will be refunded
in case that even after training driver will be unable to operate the Segway PT - 100% of price will be refunded
tour cancellation from reason of our Company - 100% of price will be refunded
customer cancellation less than 48 hours in advance - full payment is required

Rates do not include tour guide gratuity. Standard gratuity is 15% - 20% for a job well done!
